MigraClarity is provided for personal, informational, and tracking purposes only. It is not a medical device. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
MigraClarity is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MigraClarity, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to reliance on any information provided by the app, any health decisions made based on app output, or any loss of data. You use this app entirely at your own risk.
Payments and renewal. Pro Monthly and Pro Annual renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Purchases made directly on migraclarity.com are charged and sold by VIRGN LLC through Stripe. Purchases made through ClickBank are sold and processed by ClickBank.
Cancel anytime. If you subscribed through Stripe, you can cancel at any time in Settings under Manage billing. If you subscribed through ClickBank, cancel using the link in your ClickBank purchase confirmation email or at accounts.clickbank.com. After you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds. Purchases made through Stripe are final, and we do not offer refunds, except where the law requires one. If something went wrong, such as a billing error, a duplicate charge, or a problem we caused, email support@migraclarity.com and we will review it. Purchases made through ClickBank follow ClickBank's return policy, and refund requests for those go through ClickBank.
MigraClarity is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any medical condition or disease. No content in this app should be interpreted as medical advice. Do not make any medical decisions based solely on information provided by this app.
Use of this app does not create any professional relationship between you and MigraClarity or its operators, including but not limited to a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or healthcare provider relationship.
You are solely responsible for all decisions and actions you take based on your use of the app. MigraClarity is not responsible for the accuracy of data you enter or the conclusions you draw from it.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MigraClarity, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use MigraClarity.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
