I've dealt with migraines for over 30 years. Real migraines, the kind that can take a whole day or more, and eventually you just start planning your life around them without thinking about it.

I've sat across from more doctors than I can count. Some took it seriously. Some just said to drink more water and moved on. I went through medications that never worked, ones that worked for a while and then stopped, and a couple of procedures that were basically experiments. I never really knew afterward if they'd helped because I had no real data to compare against. More than once I had to start over explaining my whole history to a new specialist because the last one left the practice, insurance changed, or a referral fell through.

That's the gap MigraClarity is meant to close. I'm not a doctor. Everything medical on this site comes from real, peer-reviewed sources, cited directly, not from memory or personal opinion. Our Editorial Policy covers exactly how that works.

But why the app tracks what it tracks comes straight from those 30 years.

If something like this had existed back then, I think it would've saved me years of repeating the same failed medications and procedures. Not from anyone being careless, but because there was never a solid enough record of what had already been tried, or what the data actually showed.
